Sr. UI UX Designer Job Posting

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designer to fill a key position in our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user-centered designs for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital products that meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Develop design strategies and solutions that align with project goals and customer expectations.
  • Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Contribute to the creation of experience concepts, journey maps, user stories, product roadmaps, and initial product features.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain a consistent user experience across all digital deliverables, collaborating with other designers and developers.
  • Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, enhancing personal and team expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a reputable agency, technology company, or in-house design team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects, including website design, app design, and interactive media.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, user research methods, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team-focused mindset, with experience working collaboratively with UX/UI Leads, Art Directors, and creative teams.
