Job Summary

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for managing expense budgets and payment instructions. The job holder will review the work of junior team members, analyze discrepancies, and communicate with the home country to resolve issues.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing payment instructions and banking entries for clients
  • Reviewing payment instructions and banking entries prepared by other team members
  • Performing quality assurance checks on information received internally
  • Working closely with counterparts in home locations to resolve queries

The successful candidate will have knowledge of accounting concepts, financial instruments, and products, as well as excellent desktop, IT, and systems skills.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics, and 4-6 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.

The job holder will be expected to work collaboratively with the team, promote diversity and inclusion, and communicate effectively at all levels.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Knowledge of accounting and regulatory concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a financial institution

Preferred qualifications include experience with transitions/consolidation of various systems and completing necessary reconciliations.
