As a key member of the finance team, this role is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and controls. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the timely completeness of external financial audits and internal audits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Financial Controller lead in developing and implementing financial policies and controls
  • Ensuring the timely completion of external financial audits and internal audits
  • Assisting in financial analysis and review, and communicating action plans to process owners
  • Assisting in tax audit and other local compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with different teams in finance and non-finance

For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, and control functions.

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and control functions
  • Proficiencies in financial reporting, audit compliance, and risk management
