Disaster Relief Support Professional

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our disaster relief team on a temporary remote basis. This role operates from home, and candidates accepted for this position will be contacted as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type swiftly and accurately.
- Assist customers with service inquiries and provide exceptional solutions
- Learn common requests and solutions using customer service techniques
- Improve the customer experience during difficult times
- Utilize service techniques and systems while working remotely
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
- Able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
