Business Finance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Finance Professional to play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Team. The successful candidate will identify, qualify, and nurture potential SME customers who could benefit from commercial finance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support, with exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending being a strong plus. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and meet lead qualification targets.

The successful candidate will also have a proactive and self-starting attitude, with a focus on delivering value and passion for helping small businesses grow. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is desirable.

  • Identify high-potential SME leads across inbound and outbound channels
  • Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Work closely with Senior Business Finance Professionals to hand off qualified leads
  • Contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and lending partners
