We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to drive strategic decisions and resource allocation. This key role leads budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to provide insightful recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leaders to enhance process efficiency, automation, and scalability within finance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure alignment of actuals with budget and forecast.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, ROI modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business strategy.
  • Manage commission processes, sales pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis in collaboration with Sales.
  • Partner with IT to implement automation and enhanced financial reporting using NetSuite, Power BI, and dashboards.
  • Prepare and present concise financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support month-end close activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Expertise in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
  • CPA or MBA certification is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership presence and proactive collaborative mindset.
