  • This is a unique opportunity to work in the RMA/RTV Process Management role.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  1. Manage the RMA/RTV process with suppliers to meet customer needs.
  2. Closely collaborate with the supplier, SQE, buyer, and MRB coordinator.
  3. Support the SQE/buyer and communicate with suppliers to obtain an RMA number.
  4. Coordinate the RTV process to return materials to suppliers.
  5. Communicate with the logistics team to inform them that RTV documents are ready.
  6. Notify the MRB coordinator to close the QN# once the RTV is completed.
  7. Update the RTV tracker and share the RTV status with the team regularly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Software – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fresh graduates welcome.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred.
