The Strategic Digital Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for developing data insights to enhance customer experiences and drive engagement at Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ.

This role requires a strong leader who can provide strategic and tactical leadership and direction to the Digital Customer Experience team in harnessing customer insights to inform, develop, and execute strategies that will enhance customer engagement, personalize customer interactions, drive customer actions, measure digital performance, and provide actionable business insights across digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Data Analytics: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement and drive business outcomes.
