Responsibilities:
  • Scale new products from laboratory batches to commercial production, ensuring seamless transition and quality control.
  • Conduct process characterization, identifying critical processes, variables, and test parameters to establish control measures and optimize processes.
  • Develop and implement process validation protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products, develop quality plans, and conduct problem-solving analysis to resolve issues.
  • Plan, organize, and lead activities to meet targets and deliver results, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical product development, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Background in process validation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with knowledge of problem-solving analysis and risk assessment tools.
  • Technical competence in quality tools and a keen understanding of product development.
