Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Plant Mechanic to join our team at CENTURY PACIFIC FOOD, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and installing all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Locate and troubleshoot problems through close observation of machinery and staff practices.
  • Perform inventory and stock checks, and place orders for required materials and equipment.
  • Collect and analyze data for written reports, and attend daily meetings to discuss progress and schedule training workshops as needed.
  • SOURCE replacement parts and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement contingency measures to minimize downtime and ensure all procedures and processes adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with the training of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Requirements
