Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Translate wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into high-quality designs, from concept to final deliverables.
  • Work closely with UX designers to ensure UI designs align with user experience principles.
  • Maintain design systems, including style guides, color palettes, typography, and reusable components.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
  • Stay up to date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and tools to keep designs fresh and innovative.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistency across multiple products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and passion for creating beautiful, usable interfaces.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with usability testing and user research practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
