Production Planning and Supply Chain Optimization

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the production planning process, ensuring seamless execution of materials requirements, inventory control, and logistics management. This critical role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient operations and minimizing costly delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Optimize logistics and distribution processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in senior-level production planning positions within an FMCG manufacturing company.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
