Professional recruiters seek a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role plays a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent for consulting, project-based needs, and various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview preparation, and onboarding.
- Post jobs across internal portals, job boards, and social media channels to reach a wide audience.
- Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, and other tools to source high-quality candidates.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and fit through resume screening and phone/video interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders to ensure a professional and timely experience.
- Present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale and recommendations.
- Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and facilitate smooth onboarding in collaboration with QA and Operations teams.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings.
- Prior experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required.
- U.S.-based recruitment experience is required; familiarity with employment classifications is preferred.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Smart Sourcing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, concise, and persuasive).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and basic Excel functions.
