Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid search, display, retargeting, paid social, SEO, and email campaigns
  • Manage cross-functional team members including the Website Developer, Social Media and Community Manager, Data Analyst, Digital Marketing Specialist, and potentially a Project Manager
  • Oversee performance of the corporate website and related career/recruitment landing pages, ensuring high-converting experiences across key audiences
  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns to recruit employees, foster parents, and referral partners across the U.S.
  • Guide SEM and SEO strategy, improve keyword rankings, drive traffic, and reduce cost-per-conversion
  • Oversee CRM/ATS marketing integrations and email marketing performance (including drip campaigns and nurture flows)
  • Use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Jobvite, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush to monitor and report on channel performance
  • Interpret data and lead performance reporting, providing actionable insights that improve recruitment marketing ROI, lead quality, conversion rate, and cost-per-hire
  • Collaborate with internal creative, copywriting, and strategy teams to support campaign design and execution
  • Stay on top of emerging trends and opportunities to scale and optimize a digital-first approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php160,000.00 per month
