As a pioneering e-commerce business based in Australia, we are poised to expand into international markets, including the US and UK.

About The Role

This is a senior-level position ideal for a marketing professional with extensive e-commerce experience, particularly in scaling brands from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.

Leading our marketing strategy and execution as we prepare to enter international markets, you will leverage your expertise in brand development, paid advertising, email marketing, CRO, and data-driven decision-making.

You will also manage a small team and help build out a scalable marketing team to support our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and executing marketing strategies to expand into international markets (US and UK).
  • Developing, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and product launches.
  • Oversight of brand development and enhancement to resonate with international markets while maintaining consistency and authenticity.
  • Management and scaling of paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Analysis and implementation of strategies to optimize the website for higher conversion rates and improved customer experience.
  • Oversight of email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive customer retention and conversion.
  • Leadership of SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Monitoring of marketing performance metrics, identification of trends, and adjustment of strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Management of the current social media specialist and collaboration on creative content. Planning for team growth by identifying skill gaps and recruiting top talent.
