  • Collaborate with senior leaders to refine job descriptions, recruitment processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to demonstrate excellence.
  • Provide ongoing development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
