Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry & Coding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining intake information in our case management systems.

Your role will involve applying coding standards to classify and organize case data consistently, reviewing and auditing records regularly, and communicating with intake and case management teams to clarify missing or unclear information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, validate, and maintain accurate intake information in our case management systems.
  • Apply consistent coding standards to classify and organize case data.
  • Review and audit records regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with intake and case management teams to resolve queries.
  • Safeguard confidential client data in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in data entry, coding, or intake coordination.
  • Proven ability to use databases, spreadsheets, or case management systems effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Full availability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with occasional Saturday coverage.
