Overview

Data Entry Assistant/On-the-Job Training. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help build and customize websites, manage plugins, handle website migrations and launches, and provide critical support to the CEO as a trusted point of contact.

This is a remote position. Our team operates in a remote work setup with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using designated software (Zoho).
  • Enter data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by the CEO, utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Utilize online tools and resources to perform basic administrative tasks (filing, document sharing).
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Experience working with a CEO or senior management is a plus.
