Visual Design Expertise Sought

We're looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing visually compelling materials that help attract and convert clients.

This role is focused on supporting pre-sales efforts by developing presentation materials, decks, sales teasers, one-pagers, brochures, and other client-facing collateral for business development.

  • Create high-quality graphics quickly, supporting sales and client acquisition efforts across global markets.
  • Develop designs that resonate with clients in the furniture and interiors space, helping showcase the value of design solutions visually.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work in sales/marketing design and brand development, with experience designing marketing assets for commercial interiors, furniture, or similar industries.

A keen eye for layout, brand consistency, and an understanding of how to visually communicate value to potential clients is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also key, as this role interfaces with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design consistent and on-brand corporate assets including internal templates, digital media, and visual brand materials.
  • Turn around high-quality graphics quickly, supporting sales and client acquisition efforts across global markets.
  • Develop designs that resonate with clients in the furniture and interiors space, helping showcase the value of design solutions visually.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, and/or the Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand cohesion is required, along with demonstrated experience working under pressure with quick turnaround times while maintaining design quality.
