The role of a Visual Communication Specialist is to create engaging visual content that effectively communicates big ideas for brand activations, events, and social media campaigns.

  • Create mock-ups and visualizations in Adobe Creative Suite to bring spatial and event concepts to life.
  • Design and layout creative pitch decks and presentations in InDesign or Google Slides, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling flow.
  • Develop 3D renders and spatial layouts in SketchUp or any preferred 3D rendering platform.
  • Support in building mood boards, reference decks, and concept visuals that express tone, style, and experience.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks — including signage, branded touchpoints, and digital assets.
  • Concept development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Skilled in SketchUp or another 3D rendering platform (open to your preferred tool as long as output is strong).
  • Comfortable working with creative presentations, pitch decks, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual composition.
  • Animation or motion design experience (After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or cultural experience would be an advantage.
