Job Overview

The Property Engineer is a critical role within the Building Administration Team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building's technical and administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate technical works, including MEPF, safety, and LGU permit-related activities.
  2. Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications

  • A strong background in civil engineering, with relevant work experience in property management.
