Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of our recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimization.
  • Implement changes and monitor their effectiveness in improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Candidates Should Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Arts or Sciences, Psychology and Human Resources
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
