Business Process Improvement Lead

We are looking for a skilled Business Process Improvement Lead to drive business process improvement initiatives within our organization. This role will involve collaborating with business units, product owners, and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure solution quality, traceability, and business alignment.
- Support the development of use cases, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation to guide design and development teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, fintech, or digital transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery models.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams with product, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
