Job Title: Product Development Engineer

Description

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced product development engineer to lead our technical projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in API and IoT integration on software and hardware.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of custom solutions for IoT-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify customer requirements and gather relevant details from data sources and suppliers to assess project feasibility.
  • Design and source custom products to meet customer needs, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform thorough testing and validation to guarantee that custom solutions meet customers' expectations.
  • Lead all CANBUS-related work and projects, ensuring accurate data capture and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, addressing technical and product-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product engineering, project management, and working with custom solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in CANBUS protocols, IoT, vehicle electronics, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
