Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive mobile user growth for various applications.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of the mobile gaming industry to create targeted and effective advertising content that resonates with gamers and enhances brand engagement.

The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of marketing, data, and creative strategy, with direct ownership of paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok (SRNs/SANs), Programmatic DSPs, Rewarded Ad Networks, and more
  • Responsible for daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS) of your campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the team, aiming to uncover actionable insights & optimizations
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads while achieving target KPIs
  • Proven ability to scale efficiently in a mobile-first or mobile gaming environment
  • Strong analytical skills fluent in Excel/Sheets and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks)
