Branch Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and planning across our branches.

  • Sales Performance and Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets through product assortment, marketing initiatives, and store layout.
  • Direct the planning of marketing campaigns, merchandise displays, staff requirements, and sales forecasts during promotional events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across branches, collaborating with fellow managers.
  • Present regular reports on sales performance to stakeholders.
  • Daily Operations and Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies.
  • Implement sanctions when company policies are violated.
  • Review and update standard operating procedures to enhance branch performance.
  • Organize training sessions for store staff to communicate and implement company policies effectively.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities in good working condition.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor renovation projects and new store openings.
  • Merchandise and Inventory Management:
  • Monitor store compliance with company ageing policy, inventory management, and merchandise assortment.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to consolidate Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and coordinate requirements.
  • Work with Central Warehouse to train Receiving Checkers/Stockmen, maintain vehicles, manage inventories, and support branch operations.
