Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate sales performance through strategic product assortment, marketing initiatives, and store layouts.

  • Lead the planning of impactful marketing strategies, visually appealing merchandise displays, effective manpower allocation, and data-driven sales projections during promotional events.

  • Analyze sales performance across branches, collaborating with senior management.

  • Deliver regular reports on sales performance for each branch, highlighting areas of improvement.

Daily Operations:

  • Maintain a culture of compliance by implementing standard operating protocols and enforcing consequences for non-compliance.

  • Review and update standard operating procedures to optimize sales targets and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Organize training sessions for staff to effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures.

  • Verify that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly and meet quality standards.

  • Regularly inspect stores to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Monitor renovation projects and new store developments to ensure seamless execution.

Merchandise and Stock Management:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies on inventory management, merchandise assortment, and category performance across all stores.

  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to consolidate Merchandise To-Order (MTO) requirements from stores and facilitate timely replenishment.

  • Work closely with Central Warehouse on receiving and stock management processes, vehicle maintenance, inventories, and branch operations.
