About the RoleWe are seeking a Support Team Lead to join our customer service team in Manila. As a key member of our service delivery unit, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels.
You will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized and has excellent leadership skills. You should be able to motivate and inspire your team, with a high level of flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
Our standard working hours are 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, UK time. However, we may require you to work occasional overtime or on weekends to meet customer demands.
