Job Title: Surveillance Professional

The Surveillance Professional plays a pivotal role in maintaining store security and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor multiple surveillance cameras to identify potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents.
  • Observe customer behavior during the check-in and check-out process to deter theft and fraud.
  • Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Collaborate with the security team to maintain a secure environment and coordinate security efforts.
