Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Conduct thorough business process analyses to identify areas for improvement and document requirements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create informative dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, facilitating data-driven decision making.
  • Present compelling business cases supported by data analysis and insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Utilize MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiently for data analysis and presentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Employ Power Query and Power Pivot to manipulate and analyze data effectively, uncovering hidden trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain fluency in English to facilitate clear communication and documentation, both internally and with clients.
  • Apply a basic understanding of database theories and tables for data integration and reporting, ensuring seamless data flow.
