Trust and Safety Policy Strategist Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in T&S policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role. They must be able to create and refine policy in partnership with large-scale operations environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary SME for T&S policies, providing clear interpretations, actionable insights, and robust support to teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality and other teams to analyze policy effectiveness, identify pain points in application, and recommend practical solutions for improved efficiency and consistency.
  • Provide policy advice to internal leaders and client contacts, offering concise recommendations that balance user safety, product goals, and commercial realities.
  • Continuously monitor policy application, spot emerging trends or potential issues, and offer data-driven suggestions or solutions for policy refinement and program enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in T&S policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a keen ability to spot trends, anticipate potential issues arising from policy application, and offer confident solutions.
