Job Description

The Trust and Safety Policy Strategist will be a key member of the team, responsible for safeguarding clients' platforms, users, and brands.

This role requires a strong understanding of trust and safety policies, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Act as the primary SME for T&S policies, providing clear interpretations, actionable insights, and robust support to operations, quality, and LX teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality and LX to analyze policy effectiveness, identify pain points in application, and recommend practical, action-oriented solutions for improved efficiency and consistency.
  • Act as a policy advisor to internal leaders and client contacts, providing concise recommendations that balance user safety, product goals, and commercial realities.
  • Continuously monitor policy application, spot emerging trends or potential issues, and offer data-driven suggestions or solutions for policy refinement and program enhancement.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in T&S policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role. They should also have demonstrated experience turning regulatory or legal guidance into frontline-ready SOPs.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance. They should also have exceptional attention to detail and be able to spot trends, anticipate potential issues arising from policy application, and offer confident, data-backed solutions.
