Creative Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Creative Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of creative projects for our eCommerce growth marketing firm. The successful candidate will have experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, and possess strong organizational skills to translate client needs into detailed tasks.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in using project management platforms, such as Asana, Google Drive, and Dropbox, and have excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients' digital storefronts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute creative projects from initiation to completion
  • Manage project files and ensure all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
  • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the design team
  • Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks
  • Proficient in using project management platforms, such as Asana, Google Drive, and Dropbox
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency
