Job Title: Fashion Creative Director

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Fashion Designer to spearhead our fashion design initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the creation of original designs, product development, and operational efficiency. As a visionary designer, you will be responsible for driving design concepts, technical drawing, pattern making, and material selection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop forward-thinking design concepts based on current fashion trends, market demands, and industry insights.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and patterns using CAD software, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Select fabrics, embellishments, color palette, and style for each garment, considering sustainability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation and production management.
  • Oversee prototype fitting, adjustments, and final modifications, guaranteeing high-quality products.
  • Present design ideas and collections to stakeholders, effectively communicating vision and creative direction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, color theory, and materials science.
  • Strong sketching and illustration skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in sustainable fashion design practices and principles.
  • Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
