Data Configuration Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our Data Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map source to destination files for precise data transformation and loading.
  • Create, update, and manage configuration files essential for the ETL platform.
  • Regularly adjust platform configurations to accommodate new data sources.
  • Perform preliminary analysis and troubleshooting for potential data issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all configurations and mappings for auditing and future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Analysis Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data analysis required.
  • Agile Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile processes and methodologies required.
  • IDX Process Knowledge: Preferred but not required.
  • Proactive: Ability to demonstrate flexibility, anticipate and resolve problems, prioritize tasks effectively, and select the most suitable approach for optimal solutions.
  • Professionalism: Mastery of knowledge and expertise in the field, adherence to professional standards while working independently.
  • Quality Oriented: Ensures adherence to procedures, identifies matters requiring input from experienced colleagues, and monitors work implementation.
  • Customer-Driven: Possesses strong communication skills and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Track Record of Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail, excels both individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Multitasking in Fast-Paced Environments: Able to multitask in fast-paced work environments with competing priorities.
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates high organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of working independently.
  • Team Player with Client-Centric Focus: Focused on providing exemplary client experiences and works well within a team.
  • High Technical Aptitude: Possesses a high level of technical aptitude and effectively communicates known issues.
  • Excellent Command of English: Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Google Suite: Skilled in using Google Suite tools such as Sheets and Docs.
