Job Title: Data Architect

A leading company seeks an experienced Data Architect to join its team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing data architectures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

About the Job

The Data Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's data architecture, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and meets the needs of stakeholders. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes, as well as analyzing and optimizing existing ones.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data management concepts, including data modeling, database design, and data integration. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

In addition to their technical expertise, the Data Architect will be a strong communicator and leader, able to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the company's data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes.
  • Analyze and optimize existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement data models, databases, and data warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain data integration and ETL processes.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and governance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data modeling, database design, and data integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
