Key Role: Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is a prime opportunity to spearhead the digital presence of a rapidly expanding hospitality business.

As the driving force behind social media management, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling the business through consistent and engaging content creation while providing essential support across multiple operational areas.

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies across various platforms to drive customer engagement and boost business visibility
  • Create captivating visual content and graphics that showcase the business's diverse offerings across their bar, restaurant, food truck, and catering services
  • Manage and update dynamic calendars showing food truck and trailer locations and schedules to keep customers informed of mobile service availability
  • Process daily operational reports from staff and convert them into actionable business communications, such as transforming inventory shortage reports into supplier orders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics to support business operations and expansion activities
  • Handle data entry tasks that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain professional communication with vendors, suppliers, and business partners through email correspondence
  • Support the overall administrative needs of a multi-faceted hospitality operation

The ideal candidate will possess experience managing social media across multiple platforms, solid administrative skills, excellent written communication skills, and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
