As a Disaster Response Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by disasters.

- Assist customers with service inquiries and concerns related to disaster relief efforts.
- Develop a strong understanding of common customer requests and solutions, utilizing our service techniques and systems to improve the customer experience.
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels, while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic outlook.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
