Marketing Campaign Coordinator

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator develops and executes email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include organizing campaign calendars, monitoring activity against agreed standards, creating and updating email templates using HTML, building landing pages, and ensuring timely releases.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in email marketing and CRM. Relevant skills include project management, organizational skills, self-motivation, data analysis, and proficiency in Excel. Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred, as well as basic HTML knowledge and ability to learn databases and marketing tools.

  • Develop and manage multiple monthly email campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign activity and report key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain email templates using HTML.
  • Build and implement landing pages and forms for various campaigns.
  • Ensure timely releases of all email campaigns.

This role requires strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Candidates should be proficient in Excel and have basic HTML knowledge.

As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective email marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that meet business objectives.
