Digital Marketing Strategist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans and business goals. This role involves collaborating with content and design teams to produce engaging content for each stage of the customer journey.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing the company's website, online store, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). You will also plan, control, and optimize the digital marketing budget across multiple channels.
Additional duties include running A/B tests to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness, monitoring campaign performance, preparing monthly reports, and providing actionable insights to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Social Media Marketing, ideally within the consumer / e-commerce / retail industry.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM optimization, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into strategy.
