Business Analyst Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. You will plan and design business processes and system modifications, and make recommendations to improve and support business activities.

Gathering business requirements through various techniques, such as work sessions and interviews, is a key responsibility of this role. You will analyze and document client complex business requirements and processes, and communicate these requirements to relevant parties.

You will create test case scenarios, monitor and oversee the testing of business applications, and verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design. Additionally, you will develop business requirements documents and user stories to support required modifications.

This role involves working in an Agile environment, prioritizing work to epics and sprints, and utilizing business analysis concepts to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • A degree in Business, IT or a relevant field
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Experience in an Agile environment is a must
