Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Social Media Specialist to drive our social media strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for learning, a keen eye for strategy, and a track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns across various platforms to achieve specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Daily management and optimization of campaigns to meet KPIs and budgets through data-driven decision making.
  • Refresh campaigns by uploading innovative creatives and tweaking elements when necessary to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new audiences, messaging, and creative concepts that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Guide designers on creative requirements and ad designs to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports that support data-informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Engage in client sessions, delivering updates on campaign performance and improvements that drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields with a strong focus on digital marketing and analytics.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta / Facebook Ads, with experience in other platforms a plus.
  • Prior in-house experience in the ecommerce realm with a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and Big Commerce.
  • Solid grasp of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude paired with effective project management skills to drive results-oriented work.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
