Expert Email Marketer

Outsourcey seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their workforce. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive automated email marketing campaigns tailored to different customer segments, designing and writing regular eDMs, and optimising email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing/design role, strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, and experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute end-to-end automated email marketing campaigns tailored to different customer segments.
- Design, write, and schedule regular eDMs including campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers.
- Optimise email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and data analysis.
- Develop on-brand digital assets including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral.
- Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials.
