Job Title:

An HRIS Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of employee data across various HR systems.

This key position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to manage employee data transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, from pre-employment through offboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to provide global production support by researching and resolving HCM process and data issues.

Responsibilities also include maintaining confidential employee data, responding to internal user inquiries, monitoring Workday inbox, collaborating with HRIS team members, and supporting User Acceptance Testing for new functionality.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in HRIS support, employee data management, or HR operations.
  • Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage case queues and meet deadlines in high-volume environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
