This is a prime opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive the successful delivery of construction projects nationwide.

  • Oversee and coordinate large-scale construction activities, ensuring project execution within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
  • In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, including change management, conflict resolution, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to produce executive-level reports with actionable insights.
