Accounting Support Specialist

Our company seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized support specialist with a strong background in accounting to support our business owner in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This individual will play a dual role—providing high-level administrative support while also owning critical accounting functions, particularly accounts payable and receivable management. They will be a trusted partner who ensures the executive's time and financial workflows are streamlined, documented, and executed with precision.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform executive support functions: coordinate travel, provide general administrative support, and project coordination
  • Perform accounting/finance support functions: track incoming payments, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and collaborate with the owner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience working with international teams or offshore environments is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional English fluency (spoken and written); neutral accent is preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism
