Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage financial services, with expertise in accounting, finance, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights
  • Manage complex financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses efficiently
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to senior management
  • Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits
  • Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support with excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and budgeting
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and grow
