Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in assisting with project coordination, maintaining marketing calendars, and supporting the team with data entry and campaign performance tracking.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be working closely with a team of industry leaders to help drive business growth and success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal documentation.
  • Support the team with data entry, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Coordinate client communications and facilitate timely approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, GBP and TikTok.
  • Collaborative and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
