Role Overview

The Clinical Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of clinical services to enterprise clients. This includes acting as the primary point of contact, overseeing case management, and maintaining exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Management and Reporting: Serve as the main clinical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, own the delivery and quality of monthly clinical reports, and track SLAs to proactively address any gaps or risks.
  2. Clinical Service Oversight: Ensure clinician rosters are filled, manage transitions and escalations, monitor clinical quality benchmarks, and coordinate various teams to refine workflows.
  3. Clinician Management and Quality: Be the people manager for assigned clinicians, monitor session quality, provide developmental feedback, and conduct orientation and operational onboarding.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Projects: Collaborate with other teams on improvements to service experience and workflows, contribute to new program planning, and engage in cross-country best practice exchange.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health disciplines.
  • Professional registration with a relevant counselling/psychology board.
  • At least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, client relationship management, or case management.
  • Experience managing clinicians, preferably in a B2B, hospital, or EAP setting.
