Senior VoIP Systems Executive

A highly skilled professional is sought to lead the management of large Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Internet Protocol (IP), Cloud Platform as a Service (CPaaS), and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platforms and their underlying infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the build, operation, management, and improvement of VoIP systems, including SIP and RTP protocols and related software. Additionally, they will develop and maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI standards and certification requirements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of senior-level Linux Systems Administration experience across multiple core Linux distributions.
  • Advanced complex shell scripting abilities for automation purposes.
  • Experience with BigCouch/CouchDB and MySQL databases, including tables, replications, backups, files, and content.
